We are a positive, vibrant community of over 60 people working towards community development and women’s progress in society. We are India-based and rely on the diverse skills and passion of our people to help run our initiative in north India – Uttar Pradesh. We are a grassroots organization.We operate at a city level and are managed by entrepreneurs and passionate women dedicated to the cause of women empowerment, skill development and encouraging individuals, primarily women, from low-socio-economic backgrounds to rise up to their complete potential. Community Development is our passion and we are committed to making an impact in and around Lucknow city. In time we plan to scale and reach out to women in other parts of India.
